We all know the hilarious 'Saka don port' ad on t.v, well MTN Nigeria targeted its controversial Saka Don Port campaign against Etisalat Nigeria because the rival phone company is its most aggressive competitor for “growth markets” where both networks expected to tap new mobile phone subscribers in the country.
MTN Nigeria had rolled out a campaign, 'Saka don port' considered a direct hit at rival Etisalat in the wake of the number porting launch by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
Smart move by MTN, I guess the money they paid Saka was big.
